Refund Policy

Understand the refund rules, timing, and procedures when canceling or adjusting your Wantotrip booking.

1. Cancellation by Wantotrip

Wantotrip reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, force majeure (such as natural disaster, epidemic, or government restrictions), or other exceptional logistical or safety reasons. In such cases, travelers will receive either:

  • A full refund within 120 days using the same payment method, or
  • A voucher equal to the total amount paid, valid for future trips.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler

Travelers can cancel via their Wantotrip profile using the β€œCancel” button or by email at sales@wantotrip.com.

Refund or voucher eligibility depends on how far the cancellation occurs before the departure date:

More than 60 days before departure

  • πŸ’Ά Refund – €100 fee
  • or
  • 🎫 Voucher 100% after deduction

Between 40 and 60 days

  • ❌ No refund
  • 🎫 Voucher 50% after €100 deduction

Less than 40 days

  • ❌ No refund or voucher

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used in the original booking (credit card, Stripe, or bank transfer). A maximum period of 120 days applies for any refund or voucher issuance.
